Rain or shine, NOAHS and Zelma’s Emporium will join together to co-host our 2nd Annual ANTIQUE APPRAISAL FAIRE. Ticket booth at dock entrance, appraisals are $15 donation per item Cash/Debit/Credit accepted - No pre-registration. Proceed from ticket booth to appraisal line. If appraisal lines are long, wait-times will be announced so no need to stand in long lines. Visit NOAHS artifacts exhibit, browse Zelma’s or get refreshments at the concession stand.

Appraisers are volunteer antique dealers and auctioneers. Appraisals are informal, no sales negotiations during appraisal.

Items: Max of 3 items per person, must be able to move/carry on your own. Check FAQs on website for suggestions on large items.

Entrance to the Faire will be along Golden Lane at the Emporium’s loading dock area, directly opposite the event parking on West Golden Lane, just west of the rail road crossing. Signs and attendants will be on-hand to assist customers with parking.
